..Respondents Prayer : To condone the delay of 710 days in filing the above Writ Appeal against the order dated 21.04.2023 made in W.P.No.8415 of 2015.

Mr.S.N. Ravichandran- For R1 Order (Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 710 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners.

3. Mr.S.N.Ravichandran takes notice for the first respondent. With respect to the second respondent, though notice was served and the name address printed in the cause list, none appeared.

4. Though some reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, since the delay is huge (710 days), we are inclined to condone the delay on payment of costs of Rs.5,000/-.(Rupees Five Thousand only) by the petitioners to the first respondent through the learned counsel for the first

respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such condition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
