ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the HMOP No. 60 of 2023 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Chengalpet, and transfer the same to the Family Court, Pondicherry.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation on the side of the respondent.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is living her child and aged parents in Pondicherry and it is very difficult to travel from Pondicherry to Chengalpat to attend the Court proceedings with child, the reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. Hence, the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpet, is directed to transfer HMOP No. 60 of 2023 to the Family Court, Pondicherry. Further, the Family Court, Chengalpattu, is directed to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible after giving notice to the respondent.

4.In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
