The said factum was stated in the counter affidavit filed by the Deputy Director of Health Services, Vellore.

2.Thus, no further adjudication needs to be taken in respect of the grounds raised in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
