This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner has sought for settlement of the bill for the work of deepening the bore well that has already been completed by the petitioner. 2.Heard Ms.G.Selvi George, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on record, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the claim made by the petitioner for settlement of the bill for the work already completed by the petitioner. A decision shall be taken by the 2nd respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
