Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus to direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner as a Animal Husbandry Assistant based on his qualification i.e, 8th standard passed in terms of 1st respondent dated 26.03.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Though the petitioner has asked for a wider relief, without expressing any opinion of merits, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.03.2018 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
