This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11818 of 2022 on 06.06.2022 to appear before the I Additional Assistant Sessions Court, Villupuram daily twice Morning at 1030 a.m and Evening 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
