ORDER

This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.12400 of 2026 on 13.05.2026 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 11-06-2026 VV To
