Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the partially constructed transformer in front of the petitioner's hut situate in new S.No.490/13 in Keezhakollai Village (hamlet of Marungur, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District) and consequently forbearing respondents 1 to 4 from laying any transformer in front f the petitioner's hut.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the partially constructed transformer which was erected in front of the petitioner's hut.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents has produced the photographs to show that the transformer was erected and it is put in use.

3. When the matter was listed on 31.03.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, it is adjourned. Even today there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
