Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondents culminating in the impugned orders of the First Respondent dated 26.11.2013, allowing the revision petition filed by the Fourth and Fifth Respondents in G.O. (Ms) No. 305, T.C&R.E. Dept., setting aside the order of the Second Respondent dated 09.04.2013 in R.P. No. 34 of 2010, quash the impugned order, direct the Third Respondent to appoint a qualified and suitable person to the post of Sthanika in Arulmigu Devaraja Swamy Thirukoil, (Varadharaja Perumal), Kanchipuram, Pin 631 501 as per Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious Institutions (Officers and Servants) Services Rules, 1964, as amended by G.O. Ms. No. 506-CTRE Dept. and G.O. Ms. No. 255 TDRE&I Dept. dated 28.06.2010.
