(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) This Court has already directed the Arbitrary Tribunal to conclude the proceedings on or before 31.01.2020, by order dated 21.11.2019. Pursuant to that it is stated that the respondent/claimant has concluded his argument and it is posted for appellant's argument.

2.When that is the position, it is represented that the appellant has filed amendment application for amending the counter claim on 17.12.2019, for the amendment application reply statement has also been filed by the respondent/claimant and orders have been passed and the matter has been posted for arguments of the appellant herein before the Tribunal. 3.Since time limit given by this Court expires today (31.01.2020), the parties are before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration that the counter claim has been subsequently amended by the appellant, times granted to the Arbitrary Tribunal to hear the parties and pass appropriate orders till 31.03.2020.
