PRAYER:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the third respondent dated 08.07.2014 in No.K3(2)/3877/2014/(3878) and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to conduct enquiry as per the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also submitted a letter to the Registry dated 04.02.2022 to withdraw this writ petition.

2.In view of the letter submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
