This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records of FIR in Crime No.181/2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police Team-I Central Crime Branch, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st & 3rd respondents.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing Mr.Chandrasekaran, Junior advocate of Mr.D.S.Ramesh submitted that the parties have taken change of vakalat.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.181 of 2010 was completed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
case was closed as "civil in nature" and the closure report was filed before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 31.03.2013.
