This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the order passed in TNSE No.7 of 2014 dated 25.02.2022 on the file of the Labour Court, Coimbatore and quash the same.

2. In view of the disposal of the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.8068 of 2018 and 7722 of 2023, no further adjudication on merits needs to be undertaken. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
