Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of the Respondent in Roc.No.1906/OHTC/2014, dated 05.06.2014 and quash the same as is against the principle of natural justice and unconstitutional and consequently directing the respondent to render an opportunity of enquiry with the participation of the petitioner and perusing the documents in possession of him in deciding rights and issues between the parties.
