ORDER
The petition in H.M.O.P.No.336 of 2022 has been filed by the respondent/husband on the file of the Sub Court at Tambaram. He seeks divorce on the grounds of cruelty and desertion.
2. The petitioner/wife is a resident of Kolathur which is closer to Page No 1 of 3
Chennai than Tambaram.
3. Taking into consideration the convenience of the wife, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.336 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court at Tambaram is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.
4. It is made clear that the husband need not appear for every hearing. But, he shall appear for the essential hearings. On all other hearings, he may be represented through a counsel. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. The connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
