A perusal of the record shows that the writ petition was of the year 2014. Even on last two hearings i.e., on 05.04.2022 and 11.04.2022, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
there was no representation for the petitioners and therefore, the writ petition is directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the Petitioners. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for Non Prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
