This Application is filed to accept the certified copy of the power of attorney deed dated 13.06.2022 adjudicated on 30.06.2022 registered as Doc.No.164 of 2022 at Sub-Registrar Office, Konnur and direct the office to number the suit in C.S.D.No.64538 of 2022.

2. The present application has been filed to accept the certified copy of the Power of Attorney obtained from the Registrar Office, Konnur, since the original Power of Attorney dated 13.06.2022 has been misplaced.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Application. Accordingly Application stands allowed.
