This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 2nd Respondent dated 30.10.2014 in Na.Ka.No. 335/A1/2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to give extension of service to the Petitioner till 31.05.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Respondents are present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the relief sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous as the cause does not survive any more.

4. Accordingly, with the above observation, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
