Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein, from dispossessing or threatening to dispossess the petitioner and its tenants from the petitioner's building constructed on the land located in Survey No.34A/3A9, Patta no.903, measuring an extent of 12,056 Sq.ft in TambaramVelacherry Main Road, Rajakilpaakkam Village, presently Tambaram Taluk (erstwhile Saidapet Taluk), Kancheepuram District (erstwhile Chengalpattu Zilla), Tamil Nadu, except according to due process of law.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents herein, from dispossessing or threatening to dispossess the petitioner and its tenants from the petitioner's building constructed on the land located in Survey No.34A/3A9, Patta no.903, measuring an extent of 12,056 Sq.ft in Tambaram-Velacherry Main Road, Rajakilpaakkam Village, presently Tambaram Taluk (erstwhile Saidapet Taluk), Kancheepuram District (erstwhile Chengalpattu Zilla), Tamil Nadu, except according to due process of law. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's property will not be dispossessed without due process of law.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
