2. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none has entered appearance on his behalf.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that the delay has been explained in paragraph six of the affidavit.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) as well as the first respondent/claimant.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner(s) shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand Only) to the first respondent/claimant through the learned counsel within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
