ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents produced xerox copy of the G.O.Ms.No.281, Public Works (C2) Department, dated 11.11.2020 and submitted that the relief sought by the writ petitioner, has been granted by issuing G.O.Ms.No.281, dated 11.11.2020; hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this case and accordingly he prays for closure of the writ petition.

2.This Court perused the Xerox order copy of G.O.Ms.No.281, dated 11.11.2020. The relief sought for by the petitioner having been granted by issuance of the above Government Order, this petition is closed by recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader. The Government Order in G.O. Ms. No.281 dated 11.11.20 shall form part of the records. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
