Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Tender floated on 06.06.2018 in Tender No. 18000143-HD-10157 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and direct the second respondent to alter the process of tender based on the representation of the Association.

O R D E R
The petitioner is aggrieved against the impugned tender dated 06.06.2018 issued by the second respondent and consequently, for a direction to the second respondent to alter the process of tender.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for further hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the work was allotted to some third parties and consequently, the subject matter work was also completed.
3. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that even the members of the petitioner-Association were also allotted with some work.
4. Considering the fact that the very writ petition itself was filed challenging the Tender Notice and further considering the fact that subsequently, in the meantime, the work got executed through some third parties and also through some of the members of the petitioner-Association, I do not think that anything survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
