ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the termination order passed by the 2nd respondent, under Rule 3(b) of TNPSS (D&A) Rules, 1955, PR.No.192/H2/2009, on the ground the petitioner was convicted in Cr.No.637/2009 for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C read with 201 and 306 of IPC. Challenging the same the present petition is filed. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly conceded that as against the order of conviction, the petitioner preferred criminal appeal in Crl.A.No.810 of 2012 before this Court, wherein this court by its order dated 29.01.2020, confirmed the order of conviction passed by the lower court.

3. In such view of the above fact, nothing survives for further adjudication and, accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, in the said circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
