2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to the support affidavit submitted that the original impugned order was misplaced and hence, he has filed the true copy of the impugned order and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 8 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows:

W.M.P.No.21012 of 2024 in W.P.No.19163 of 2024 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., gpa notice was misplaced. Hence I am herewith file a true copy of the same. Hence, it is just and necessary to dispense with the production of the original impugned order dated 15.06.2024 made in U.Mu.No.112 of 2024 passed by the 3rd respondent under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 in the above writ petition.'
