A.Nos.2447 & 2445 of 2026 in C.S.No.716 of 2015 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These applications have been filed to reopen the evidence on the side of the plaintiff and to recall P.W.1 for the purpose of further cross examination of P.W.1.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents strongly objected in allowing these applications stating that P.W.1 has already been cross examined elaborately.

3. However, considering the stage of the case and as progress to be effected in the trial and in order to give a fair opportunity to the parties, these applications are allowed.
