Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned election notification dated 04.07.2014 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to prepare the voters list as per Rule 4 of Tamil Nadu Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules, 2002 and conduct the election.
