The petitioner has filed this miscellaneous petition to substitute the eleventh to fourteenth respondents, who are the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent in the writ petition.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title in the writ petition.
