ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 07.05.2014 and pass orders on merits within a stipulated time to be fixed by this court. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous. petitioner may be granted to approach the authority concerned afresh, for which there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation, if the same cause of action continues, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
