This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued by the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai on 27.06.2012 against the accused in C.C.No.1642 of 2011.
2. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
