ORDER

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 06.08.2021, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the balance amount has also been permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner. The relevant documents were also placed before this Court in this regard.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled for a higher interest. This plea raised by the petitioner cannot be considered in this contempt petition and if at all the petitioner has any such entitlement, it has to be worked out independently in the manner known to law.
