This petition is filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Mr.V.Samuthira Vijayan, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this C.M.P.
3.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 39 days is condoned and this C.M.P. is ordered.
