Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed; final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai; the same has been taken on file as C.C. No.16 of 2024 and the case is posted for further proceedings on 10.09.2024. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Connected Crl.M.P. is closed.
