This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.104 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case has been transferred to other police station, in the same Krishnagiri. Since the case is of the year 2014, the Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri, is hereby directed to instruct the Investigating Officer concerned to complete the investigation and to file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
