Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to Advertisement No.390 Notification No.10 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021 relating to the selection and direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutors, Grade II in the prosecution Department and quash the same insofar as it relates to non-furnishing of an opportunity to the petitioner who has the option to satisfy the linguistic qualification even after selection and appointment as laid down under Section 21 Proviso of Tamilnadu Government Servants (conditions of service) Act, 2016 and consequently,
direct the first respondent to receive, accept and consider on merits the application of the petitioner made in response to Advertisement No.590, Notification No.10 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021 relating to the selection and direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutors, Grade II in the prosecution Department which is under the control of the second respondent.
