This application has been filed to condone the delay of 942 days in filing the application to restore the above suit on file was dismissed for default on 11.08.2022 as against the 1, 2 and 5 the respondents/ 1, 2 and 5 defendants in C.S.No.65 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2. Mr.V.Manisekaran, learned counsel for the fourth respondent and Mr.Suresh, learned counsel for Mr.Shivakumar & Suresh for R7 would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of their respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
