ORDER

The respondent had rejected the application of the petitioner at the stage of Physical Endurance Test as the petitioner failed during the Physical Endurance Test while performing rope climbing.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that while he was climbing in the rope, he suffered from shoulder and chest pain, could not complete the same and was therefore disqualified.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one more opportunity may be granted.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the Respondent submits that three opportunities were given to the petitioner on the same day. It is thereafter only, the petitioner's application was rejected at that stage.

5. There is no merits in the present writ petition. That apart, it is noticed that the petitioner is only 23 years and has few more opportunities to participate in the next round of recruitments to be called by the respondent Tamil Nadu Uniformed Service Recruitment Board. Considering the same, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
