"After elaborately hearing the arguments of both sides, this Court expressed its anger for the manner in which the appeal filed by the writ petitioner was rejected by the first respondent. When this Court is inclined to allow this Writ Petition after imposing a cost, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the Writ Petition may be allowed and remitted back to the first respondent for passing appropriate orders.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner is waiting for justice from the year 2014, this Court is inclined to grant time so that the respondents shall come forward with the information, which is required by the petitioner, to resolve the dispute amicably.

3. Post the matter on 17.11.2022."

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would say that pursuant thereto, some of the information sought for has been provided and date has been fixed for appearance of the petitioner before the Tamil Nadu State Information Commission in order that request for the further material that is yet pending may also be considered.

3.Mr.Ashok, learned counsel appearing for learned counsel on record for the petitioner expresses satisfaction on behalf of the petitioner with the trajectory that the matter has taken now and hence does not pursue these writ petitions any further.

4.In light of this, the impugned orders are set aside and these writ petitions are closed. No costs.
