Due to inadvertence, the name of the 3rd respondent, Krishnamoorthy, was not included in the order dated 17.12.2024.

Hence the matter is listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.

2. On verification, this Court finds that in respect of the 3rd respondent, only two respondents, names were mentioned in the order dated 17.12.2024. Therefore, necessary correction is to be carried out.

3. The Registry is directed to include the name of the 3rd respondent, Krishnamoorthy as mentioned in the petition, in the order dated 17.12.2024 and to issue a fresh order copy of the corrected order to the parties concerned.
