PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to permit the students of the petitioner institution to sit for D.T.Ed Examination going to be
held on 28.07.2004 and any other appropriate directions in this regard.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to permit the students of the petitioner institution to sit for D.T.Ed Examination scheduled on 28.07.2004.
2. It is seen that at the time of entertaining the writ petition, no interim order was granted, protecting the interest of the petitioners. Therefore, considering the scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, I do not find anything survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
