This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorarifed mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in its 2/6
impugned order No.Procds.No.E2/20208/2014/-I dated 27.06.2014 and consequential proceedings in the letter in Procds.No.E2/20208/2014/-II dated 27.06.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to treat the petitioner deemed to have been retired with effect from 30.06.2014 itself on attaining the age of superannuation and consequently pay all service benefits including PF, Gratuity, Surrender Leave, fixation of pension, commutation of pension etc.,
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that suspension has been revoked and the punishment has also been imposed in respect of the Disciplinary Proceedings initiated against the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer in the writ petition has become infrcutuous and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the punishment in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 3/6
