Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.23161 of 2016 dated 03.01.2019, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Contempt Petition No.1214 of 2019 this Court dated 03.01.2019 in W.P.No.23161 of 2016, this Court, after elaborate discussion, by order dated 27.11.2019 appointed a retired District Judge to hold the elections of the Pondicherry University within three months time, following the same, the Contempt Petition is also disposed of.
