2. This Court by order dated 05.03.2018 dismissed CRP(PD).No.4797 of 2013 confirming the order passed in I.A.No.212 of 2013 in I.A.No.628 of 2010 in O.S.No.78 of 2009 dated 16.04.2013 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Tiruchengode and directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the final order passed in CRP(PD).No.4797 of 2013. The learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal has forwarded the letter of the learned Additional District Munsif, Tiruchengode dated 31.08.2018 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

4. This Court perused the said letter dated 31.08.2018 sent by the learned Additional District Munsif Judge, Tiruchengode and is satisfied with the reasons for not disposing of the suit within the time stipulated by this Court in ABDUL QUDDHOSE.
