This petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the 3rd respondent to register a case in pursuance of the complaint dated 22.05.2019 lodged by the petitioner before the 1st respondent against the accused therein and the 1st respondent registered complaint vide C.No.1142/COP/Visitors/2019 and investigate and file final report on or due date to be specified by this Court.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
