Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4th respondent culminating in the Transfer Order in Na.Ka.No.A5/4510/2014, dated 13.10.2014, quash the same and further, direct the 4th respondent not to implement the transfer order dated 13.10.2014 insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer, transferring the petitioner in the cadre of Village Assistant. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Office Assistant and is working in the office of the District Collector, Villupuram District. Therefore, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
