ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) In compliance of the order of this court, in proceedings dated 2.8.2019, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram, Kanchipuram District, has cancelled patta standing in the name of Abdul Kareem, namely the third respondent in the writ petition and granted patta in the name of Ashraf Ali Khan s/o.Liyagath Ali Khan, whose mother is the writ petitioner. In the same proceedings, it is stated that the petitioner has to appear before the Tahsildar, Tambaram, along with necessary documents and get appropriate relief within 30 days. As per the direction of this court, when the patta standing in the name of Abdul Kareem is cancelled and granted in the name of Ashraf Ali Khan, the said direction is unwarranted. However, the learned Government Advocate represents that pursuant to the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram, patta has been issued in the name of Ashraf Ali Khan s/o Liyagath Ali Khan, which amounts to compliance of the order of this court.

2. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the contempt petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to cost.
