ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed and he was promoted to the post of Assistant Librarian in proceedings dated 18.09.2019.

2. In view of the said submission, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition and accordingly, the same stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
