O R D E R

Learned counsel for parties jointly state that in a similar matter, O.P.No.126 of 2016, which was allowed by order dated 29.04.2016, Mrs. Dakshayani Reddy, Advocate, was appointed as the Sole Arbitrator and the same Arbitrator may be appointed in this case also.

2.Thus, by consent, I appoint Mrs.Dakshayani Reddy, Advocate, residing at 19, Leith Castle, South Street, Santhome, Chennai 600 028, Mob.No.: 98400 35208, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. As requested, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre. 3.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
