This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1237 days in filing the above revision.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.09.2022, the petitioner was directed to deposit the entire arrears amount to the credit of M.C.No.84 of 2010 before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore on or before 01.11.2022.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation for the petitioner and the conditional order passed by this Court has not been complied with and hence, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non-compliance.
