..Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent principal to grant permission to the petitioner to attend the Digital cinema Workshop/course offered by the National film Development Corporation between 7.7.2014 and 6.8.2014.

ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition before this Court, to direct the second respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to attend the Digital cinema Workshop/course offered by the National film Development Corporation between 7.7.2014 and 6.8.2014.

2.Though the petitioner has sought for the above relief, however, this Court has not granted any interim direction to the respondents and the period of the course, which the petitioner sought to pursue has come to an end. Therefore, at this distant point of time nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly this writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
