Today, the matter has been posted under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. This Writ Petition was disposed of on 03.09.2013 directing the first respondent to pay the entire amount payable to the petitioner along with applicable interest.
2. Today (10.11.2022), a calculation memo has been filed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/Transport Corporation stating that the entire amount towards Gratuity, commutation amount, leave salary, leave surrender amount and S.W.F. had been fully paid and the writ petition may be closed. The said calculation memo is recorded.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that as regards the the Provident Fund amount is concerned, due to implementation of new pension scheme, the employee's share alone has been settled and the employer share has been transferred to pension fund trust. The receipt dated 02.09.2011 acknowledged by the employee that he has received an amount of Rs.29,314/- towards Provident Fund has also 1/3
